All sign-ups will be accepted at the Vernon Recreation Department located at W249 S8960 Center Drive, between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday.  

****There is a drop box on the door of the Vernon Recreation Department so you can drop off Registration Forms at anytime that is convenient for you. 

TOWN OF VERNON PARKS

Heather Ridge Park. 

Heather Ridge Park, which is owned by the Town, consists of approximately 13 acres in Section 10 just west of the Heather Ridge Park Subdivision.  Heather Ridge is delineated as a neighborhood park in the Town of Vernon.  It contains two league softball diamonds, a sandlot, softball diamond, basketball and volleyball courts, a children’s play area, a concession stand and a 13 acre parkway adjacent to the creek.  As a result of the park not being within walking distance of a concentrated population area, many users of the property must drive to the site.

 Town Hall Park. 

The Town Hall Community Park site consists of 35 acres located in the central portion of the Town directly off Center Drive.  The northern portion of the site contains the Town Hall and the Highway Department.  The parcel has developed two softball diamonds, three soccer fields, a play lot, an activity/recreation center and a park shelter.
