The Plan Commission is made up of five (5) members; three (3) Town Board
members (one being the Town Chairman) and two (2) Citizens.
The citizen's terms are for three (3) years.

LOOKING TO PURCHASE A LOT IN A NEW SUBDIVISION?
Click here to send an email to the Clerk's Office requesting a copy of the
"Current Subdivisions & Map". You will receive a list of
subdivisions that are being developed in the Town of Vernon. On that list
is the subdivision location, name of the developer, their phone number and the
number of lots in the subdivision.

Conditional Use Permit
Application
(This
application MUST be submitted with the
Agenda Application and Professional Services Form, all proper
documentation and fees in order to be placed on a Plan Commission Agenda).
Please note the Conditional Use Application
needs to be submitted to Waukesha County with appropriate fees and the
Agenda Application & Reimbursement Form & $50 needs to be submitted to the
Town of Vernon.
